I've been a personal trainer for celebritys in L.A for about five years now. I love my job and I love to help other people reach their goals and become fitter. The realilty is that most people out there can't afford a personal trainer. So I thought I would do the next best thing, that is to show as many people as I can what weight loss programs do work..
So over a 4 month period, I used some of my clients as guinee pigs, and they were happy to help you out. I tested over 20 different weight loss guides out there on market today. What I will not show you is what guides failed our tests, but what I will show you is what worked for my clients, and will work for you as well...

Before I show you my results, I just wanted to talk about dieting. Let me ask you, are you in a dieting hell? Have you tried every diet under sun? Most people answer yes to at least one of those questions, but normally I hear yes to both of them.
There is too many promises out there right now when it comes to losing weight. Everyone talks about losing weight over night, lose 20 pounds in the first 3 days etc.... All of these are doomed to work. The reason for this is that all of these programs are just a quick fix solution. They offer no real long term results and change for YOU, the person who is trying to become healthier.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE DIET SECRET?
Losing weight is not that hard, it really isn't. Are you ready for the secret? All you need to do is burn more calories that you consume!! That is it. That is the principle of losing weight, and once you understand that, then you are on your way to losing the weight that you want to, and becoming healthier as well.
One tip that I will give everyone is that you need to monitor how many calories that you consume and how many calories that you burn everyday. This is a fundamental priniciple of losing weight, but this seems to be quite a task for a lot of my clients and friends of mine as well. The systems that have passed our tests have fantastic systems for monitoring how many calories you consume and then burn as well.
Below I am going to go through 3 systems that stuck out from the rest.. These systems had to meet the following guidelines....
